Every year, the closing of the ski resorts gives rise to great festive, gourmet and cultural celebrations.
It's a Tyrolean tradition: in April or May, depending on altitude and snow conditions, the resorts celebrate the end of the season in style, with concerts, shows, children's entertainment, gastronomic delights and ski events: slalom, ski jumping, to suit all tastes... The Ischgl festival is the latest in the line-up, as are the famous Hochfügen and Hochzeiger festivals.
