Nous avons participé à La Grande Croisière Polaire du 21/09 au 06/10/2022 dans une suite sur l'Explorer organisée par Grands Espaces. Le report des dates et le changement de bateau se sont avérés désastreux. L'espace douche de la salle d'eau fuyait par le sol, nous avons fait le séjour les pieds dans l'eau. Le lit, très lourd, non fixé au sol, heurtait violemment les parois de la cabine au risque de nous blesser.
Les paysages des 3 sur 12 jours passés sur les côtes du Groenland ont été superbes.
Aucune excuse et aucun dédommagement nous est proposé.
Deuxième voyage avec cette agence nous sommes très déçus.
Un client dépité !
