In a sober decor with no pseudo-Asian fanfare, the Ichiban offers some twenty hedges with tables equipped with an integrated stove that arouses curiosity. The variety of rich and freshly cooked dishes will satisfy all palaces: Tofu, beef, chicken, but also seafood and fish are tasted, in bibimbap (stone-coated), fondue, on hot plate or barbecue… You choose its degree of pittance to avoid bad surprises, and the smiling waitress will be there to refer you to the dish that suits you.

Mais d'après les menus affichés, c'est relativement cher et ce n'est pas de la cuisine uniquement coréenne.
Les plats sont pas coréens, les serveurs ne parlent pas coréen, et ne connaissent pas du tout la culture coréenne, ni les plats qu'ils sont censés connaître d'ailleurs.
Le plat national coréen, le bulgogi, inconnu au bataillon.
Bref. Si vous voulez manger un truc vaguement asiatique, allez-y, la cuisine n'est pas mauvaise, mais si vous voulez découvrir un restaurant coréen, avec sa culture et ses traditions, n'y allez pas.
