Amandine 1900 is an artisan bakery that bakes organic, wood-fired breads with an inimitable flavor. The different breads - natural sourdough, sesame, cereal, spelt, gluten-free, with a golden, crunchy crust and a thick crumb - are made with nutritious wholemeal flour. For those with a sweet tooth, the viennoiseries - in particular the butter croissant - or the Cramique, a brioche loaf filled with raisins, are to die for.

J’ai fais le tour des boulangeries et Amandine 1900 fait partit du top 2 où l’on retrouve les meilleurs croissants de Bordeaux ! La tarte aux fruits secs/caramel est incroyable.. et leurs pain aussi ! Et merci à la vendeuse de ce matin qui etait vraiment adorable !

Bon produit bonne ambiance. Produit maison du bio cuisson au feu de bois, bon rapport qualité prix. Du pain à l'ancienne. Commande par téléphone. Plusieurs marché.ouverts le dimanche.
