With its ideal location between the Louvre and Opéra, in the heart of a hotel refurbished with great distinction and warmth, this distinguished restaurant is a real hidden gem, beautifully redecorated, with beautiful lights and mirrors, not to mention a few winking photos. On the plate, you're in for a treat with cuisine that's well-priced for the place, and what quality! The menu evolves according to seasonal produce and the chef's creativity. At the time of our visit, we had enjoyed a soft-boiled egg with green asparagus and parmesan cream, before moving on to a chicken ballottine with morel mushrooms and supreme sauce. And for dessert, we recommend the chocolate profiteroles from Maison Cluizel!
