Sainte-Clotilde parish was founded in 1857 by the architect François Gaud. It is the first Parisian church in Neo-Gothic style. The façade and its two spires that are 70 m high are the work of Théodore Ballu. Pope Léon XIII made it a basilica in 1896. This church contains a true treasure: the extraordinary organ designed by Master Cavaillé-Coll and owned first by César Franck.

Una de las más grandes y desconocidas iglesias de la ciudad, a pesar de que las torres se ven de todas partes. Es relativamente nueva, de 1857. Su estilo es neogótico. Fue clasificada monumento histórico en 2015.
Fue declarada basílica por León XIII, en 1898, al celebrarse el 1400 aniversario del bautizo de Clovis.
La fachada tiene dos torres de 70 metros de alto.
