Château Auzias is one of the Carcassonnais region's leading wine tourism sites. Owned by the Auzias family for several generations, today it is Anastasia and Maxime Auzias who perpetuate the savoir-faire. The estate's 160 ha are planted with 12 grape varieties, the majority of which are Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache, and Syrah. Discover the history of the estate and follow the winemakers as they take you on a Wine Tour, ending with a tasting in the surprising Multispace, which combines wine and art.

Free tasting Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by prior arrangement.Visits Monday to Saturday at 11am or 3pm, by prior arrangement.
