A gastrobar located in Nantes, offering in its menu an authentic Iberian cuisine, prepared by the chef Albert Riera.
A few years ago, chef Albert Riera was assisting Eric Guérin at La Mare aux Oiseaux. After having traveled and worked in Spain at the Finca Santa Ponsa, an iconic establishment on the island of Menorca, he is back in Nantes with Emilie, his partner. They opened this "gastrobar" and offer us beautiful culinary escapades where authentic Iberian cuisine is at the heart of the concept. At lunchtime, the market cuisine delights us with a menu that changes every week and a bistronomic presentation. In the evening, we enjoy sangria accompanied by paellas and gastronomic tapas to share. We discover Spanish flavors in the heart of the Chantenay district. Croquetas, Tortilla, bravas of Jaleo, or the ham of Bellota and its pan con tomate. An Iberian grocery completes the flavors (oils, turrón). So many choices that make our taste buds quiver!
