A restaurant featuring mainly plant-based cuisine prepared by Virginie using short-run, organic produce.
Virginie is always behind the stove: four days a week at the restaurant, plus a catering service on Fridays. Here, everything is homemade and organic. Trained in naturopathy and yoga, Virginie is sensitive to the balance of flavors and accompanies food intolerances. Her cuisine is essentially plant-based, with the addition of meat or fish once a week. Cooking is her first profession, which she has been practicing for over 20 years. The menu changes daily. On Thursday evenings, a unique meal with a wine pairing is offered. In the kitchen, Virginie cares about your well-being!
