Talented young chef Gabriel Degenne, who has already proved himself at Le Ciste and La Bégude, offers here a bistro-style menu, concocted using only fresh, home-grown produce. A cuisine of freshness, simplicity, creativity and savoir-faire. What more can we say? A rustic setting to get away from it all, at the foot of the hills of the hinterland. In summer, a superb barbecue menu is served every Sunday (April to September), and afterwork aperitifs are organized from May to September. Theme evenings are scheduled throughout the summer.
