In the heart of the village of Peillon, Romain welcomes his customers in an intimate atmosphere. With a cuisine that varies according to the season, the chef offers a menu where the key word is "home-made", earning him the Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide. A fervent supporter of local cuisine, the restaurant has its own vegetable garden on the outskirts of the village. The wine list features some fine bottles, carefully selected by Romain.
