In this little corner of paradise, you can find AOP Nice olive oil, stamped organic, from Claude Martin, an olive oil producer who left a job in the perfume business to revive, in the year 2,000, the olive grove planted by her ancestors. A nectar that develops the aromas of ripe olive and hazelnut. We buy our olive oil there, 2 times a year. Very soft, produced from its olives PDO and Organic.
A corner of paradise, further away, in the middle of olive trees. The visit to Claude Martin is always pleasant!
