A great address for lovers of Japanese cuisine on Boulevard Notre-Dame.
Here, there's plenty of choice and, above all, creativity. First of all, the house offers a wide range of authentic ramen, a noodle soup that is very popular in Japan, with pork, chicken or vegetarian dishes. You can also try hiroshimayaki, a dish made with a dough that coats many ingredients (cabbage, soy, carrots, noodles, ham, egg, etc.), or sake teriyaki: grilled salmon with sautéed vegetables and white rice. El menú de 11 euros es solo a medido día, los platos son pequeños.
Tienen un menú de 33euros en la noche sin bebida
Muy poca cantidad.
Los postres son pequeñísimos, por 8,90euros la unidad.
El camarero ha sido muy correcto y amable y hemos estado tranquilos.
Gastamos 35 euros por persona con bebida y no probamos mucha cosa.

Ramèn fait avec du bouillon de soupe miso... Arrivé quasiment froid et nouilles complètement ramollies pendant le trajet.

Tout ce qui était à base de riz n'était vraiment pas top. Riz non vinaigré et presque rance .... on avait l'impression d'avoir des spaghettis dans le ramen ... je ne pense pas y retourner !
