Traditional crêperie offering home-cooked food made with local produce, a good address in the heart of Fréjus

Opening in December 2023 right in the center of Fréjus, L'Évidence is an obvious choice for gourmets. Raphaël is passionate about preparing traditional crepes and galettes (with 100% organic Breton flour), and works with local producers. At the risk of shocking purists, we recommend the Maronneur (burrata, parma ham, marinated tomatoes, pesto and arugula), which recalls the Neapolitan origins of this passionate chef. When it comes to beverages, there are no brand names: just Breton or Marseilles beers, Breizh cola... in short, authenticity.
