Make no mistake, unlike most Trastevere trattorie, Da Lucia is far from being a tourist trap. It's an authentic family address that locals love. On the menu: an assortment of antipasti (including pecorino with honey), gnocchi, calamari with sweet peas and, for those who love it, a succulent rabbit stew. The service is efficient and friendly, the portions hearty and the prices low.

Cucina romana (quella vera) a trastevere. In un locale storico (1938). Il personale è gentilissimo e premuroso. Attento alle mie intolleranze alimentari come in pochi altri posti ho potuto constatare. Conviene prenotare.

Una stella perché di meno non si può.
Un’ora di attesa per una amatriciana insipida, annacquata e no mantecata. la carbonara… forse peggio. Abbiamo annullato il secondo. Per loro tutto ok… zero ed è un complimento … cucinano per hobby non per lavoro

Excellent lunch. Low key, very personal service. Great house wine. The meatballs and Carbinara were excellent. Highly recommend for all who want delicious food served by a charming wait staff.
