Bad experience
Rented a boat for them for my daughter’s 15th birthday party. The service was not at all what they appeared to be. What was supposed to be a memorable moment was ruined due to a lack of customer service and professionalism. The captain assistance was horrible. Water and sodas were promised for 45 people which they did not comply with. Water floats that were requested were not provided. Booking agent Kira takes days to respond and is not helpful. On board help from Captain assistant was atrocious. Captain Seemed nice and decent throughout The trip, but once we returned from the trip, he became a jerk. We were rudely kicked off the boat in an unrealistic timing, and the captain started to speak poorly of the individuals who paid for his service. Not enough character space to list all my grievances. Would definitely never recommend using this company.

Le capitaine Oshea était le meilleur ! Nous avons fait une très belle croisière le jour du réveillon et il a fait tout son possible pour que notre expérience soit fabuleuse ! Les vues étaient parfaites et le bateau était parfait pour un grand groupe !

Excellent service de la part du capitaine Jonathan. C'est un yatch super génial. Très propre et service amical.
Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et tout le monde a apprécié cette expérience. Nous sommes un groupe qui revient avec la même personne.
Je recommande vivement cette expérience avec Kira et Geoffrey. Merci au capitaine Jonathan !
