In an atmosphere worthy of imperial Petrópolis, La Locanda is one of Brazil's finest restaurants, masterfully run by Danio Braga. The only Latin American restaurant to belong to the Grandes Tables du monde club (Guy Savoy, Apicius, La Tour d'Argent... in France). The tasting menu is the perfect way to discover the creativity of the chef, who revisits Italian cuisine with brio. A touch of nouvelle cuisine and first-rate products make this restaurant a must for those who can afford it. There are three "Locanda" units.
