Umut Restaurant 2 is, with its garden area, the closest establishment to the lake. The shop specializes quite naturally in fish in all its forms, especially the so-called yayın balığı (boneless in Turkish), prepared as a skewer or a dish. Don't hesitate to try the fish soup, which is delicious; for carnivores there is also meat in the form of lamb skewers or beyti kebab, and more than 15 kinds of mezze. It is one of the most refined restaurants in the city and the bill is also higher.
