Cha Ca Thang Long is a recommended place to try one of Hanoi's specialties, .

This not-to-be-missed address in town has taken up residence in a splendid French building dating from the last century. The elegant setting serves as a showcase for the house specialty: cha ca, which consists of cooking Lang fish marinated in turmeric, with dill and chives. Next, place rice noodles, peanuts, chilli and mint leaves in your small bowl and mix with the fish mixture and sauce. A delicious dish to share with friends around the table. Recommended.

Au fond d’une très belle petite cour, un resto à faire Absolument, autant pour son plat fétiche que pour son ambiance locale.Le CHA CA : poêlée de poisson, de légumes et d’herbes aromatiques. Service expéditif mais courtois !!! À découvrir!
