The new Batorama store allows you to buy your tickets at the ticket office for the first paying attraction of the Grand Est

Batorama's goal? To make people discover the wealth of Strasbourg's architectural, historical and cultural heritage by river. Two tours are offered by bateau-mouche: "Strasbourg, Grande ÃŽle" goes around the island of Strasbourg via the locks of Petite France; "Strasbourg, more than 20 centuries of history" which takes you to discover the Neustadt and the European institutions. During the Christmas period, theme outings are offered.

Belle balade sous un soleil de printemps. Les explications aux oreillettes sont claires. Il faut arriver à l heure à l embarcadère pour avoir une place côte à côte quand on est nombreux

Pas de place pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou bébé en poussette. Très compliqué de faire une balade en bateau dans des conditions d'aménagement non conforme.

Bonne expérience, personnel très accueillant, écouteurs fournis, pas mal de langues disponibles. Possibilité de réserver sur internet ou directement à l'agence. Bateau pas trop encombré ce qui était agréable.

Point un peu dommage, notre bateau était entouré d'un toit en vitre, on voyait un peu moins bien, d'autres bateaux n'avaient pas ça.
Vaut largement la peine !
