Kogel-Mogel, just off the main square in the Old Town, does this exceptionally well. The restaurant's name reflects a popular dessert of yesteryear - made with eggs and sugar, sublimely delicious when served with fresh raspberries - but a Kogel Mogel isn't just a dessert, it's an expression translated into French that actually means "méli-mélo"! A fitting representation of the atmosphere of everyday life at the time.
