Organic and local ingredients, vegan broth with coconut milk, a wind of modernity blows over these atypical bowls of noodles.
Just in front of Harajuku station, this small ramen store opened only 3 years ago, but quickly became a must-see address. The specialty of the house is to choose "ethical" products. Most of the ingredients are of local origin and if possible organic. The bowls of ramen are nicely presented, the noodles and rice are delicious. Vegan and gluten-free options are also offered in an original broth flavored with coconut milk. We like this address that manages to update a simple bowl of noodles.
