This green hotel houses a restaurant dedicated to natural flavors and working with fresh and organic products from local crops. The menu is light for lunch, more sophisticated in the evening. In the natural wood room, with a central bar and a fireplace, you can enjoy tomato mille-feuilles, eggplant ballotins, plates of local charcuterie, tians... A nice selection of organic wines, fair trade teas, coffees and herbal teas is proposed. You can stay in a duplex or a charming room.

Très bien place au pied des pistes, belle vue sur la piste avec vin chaud et très bon tartiflette.
mon endroit préfère a Colmiane sans compter le décor d`intérieur!!!

Depuis 3 saisons à "tenter de manger" ici vu l emplacement de choix, toujours pas compris quel était l objet de cet établissement.
En pleine periode de vacances scolaires+week end, seul un mini snack est proposé, sur une ardoise du jour il est écrit "cuisine maison produits frais" mais le seul plat disponible est un hotdog dans un pain surgelé avec des frites immangeables. Aucun produit local, pas de choix pour les boissons. Même la "déco" est incompréhensible, aucune harmonie, le terme green ecolodge semble ici n être qu un alibi pour faire du grand n importe quoi, ni beau ni bon, dommage, quel gâchis pour un tel lieu. Serveur sympathique mais ca ne suffit pas.

Ottima esperienza al Green Ecolodge. Un hotel affascinante, colpisce subito il design degli interni, l’atmosfera rilassata e il servizio impeccabile di Aude. Camere originali, arredi di riciclo combinati in modo eccellente. Un hotel con uno stile shabby chic che forse non è per tutti, ma questa è stata una fortuna per chi come noi cercava la pace e il relax. Il ristorante è, in realtà, più un bistrot, con prodotti di qualità. La posizione può sembrare sfavorevole per la presenza a ridosso dell’hotel della seggiovia. In realtà per chi, come noi, faceva trekking, gli orari della seggiovia non hanno mai combaciato con i nostri, e quindi non abbiamo avuto disturbo dall’eventuale rumore. Io lo consiglio a chi non si fa intimorire dalle apparenze. Entrate e rilassatevi.
