A place including the genealogical center of the region and a branch of the Roosevelt Institute
This archive collects the archives of the whole of Zeeland and is at the same time a study center with a large amount of documents that can be consulted. The archives are housed in the Van de Perrehuis, a city palace dating from the 18th century. It is a rather majestic place built over the cellars of a German commandery. For public functions, the place has been expanded with a modern wing that houses the repositories, a reading room and a café. The site includes the region's genealogical center and a branch of the Roosevelt Institute.
