DĘBNO CASTLE

25 km west of Tarnów, Dębno Castle dominates an enchanting landscape. Built in the ^15th century for the Dębiński family, it was restored after the Second World War. The interior features rich collections of furniture and paintings from the ^16th to the ^19th centuries. The concert hall is still used on occasion. Every September, a knights' tournament is held here. Access from Tarnów is easy: just take the bus to the "Tarnów ul. Sikorskiego - Huta" stop.
