Located on the waterfront for almost a quarter of a century now, Cuina de la Marga - short for Margarita, the name of the mother of the current chef Alex Hellín, who founded the restaurant - offers a wide range of seafood dishes, cooked with love and expertise. Simplicity, arroz and good wines are the order of the day, with the face turned towards the Mediterranean. The presentation of the dishes is particularly well thought out: the avocado volcano with smoked salmon makes a great impression, as does the cod carpaccio with capers.
