In collaboration with Givaudan, Le Clos Lucé presents an exhibition on Leonardo da Vinci's interest in perfumes and how they are made. A multi-sensory journey that incorporates the legacy of his mother Caterina, taking visitors to key periods and places in the lives of both mother and son. Through various thematic rooms, visitors move from the perfumed markets of Constantinople to the court of Francis I, via Leonardo's native Tuscany, the stores of the Spezieri in Venice, the Sforza court in Mila and the artist's studio in Florence.
