From July 5 to 7, 2024, Valbonne transforms itself into an open-air stage to welcome the "Rue(z) vous" festival. This not-to-be-missed street arts event, held in the enchanting setting of Valbonne and Garbejaïre, offers an immersion into an artistic universe where theater, dance, music and performances of all kinds come together.
An eclectic, free program
The event, free and open to all, promises a rich and varied program, mixing local and international artists. Here's an overview of the festival highlights:
Friday, July 5 :
6:10pm: The Carambole company opens the ball with "Diva Commando" in the Pré des Arts parking lot.
6:30pm: The Laskaskas company presents "Let it happen", a captivating 45-minute show, also at the Pré des Arts.
9:00 pm: The CIRK company presents "BIZ'ART", an hour-and-a-half-long show, at the Pré de l'Hôtel de Ville.
Saturday, July 6 :
11:30 a.m. : On the Île Verte, discover French songs with the company Les Accords'Leon and enjoy on-site catering.
6:00 p.m.: Place Méjane, an artistic inauguration followed by a variety of shows, including "Les Tapas" by the Carnage Productions company and "Bobby & Moi" by the Poc company.
9:45pm: The Gromic company closes the day at Ferme Bermond with "The Magomic Show", a 45-minute performance full of magic and poetry.
Sunday, July 7:
All day: Artistic performances at the Pré de l'Hôtel de Ville with Faben.
11:30 am: The Etablissements LaFaille company presents "So Bigger" on the forecourt of the Salle Saint Esprit, with limited seating.
Unique experiences for the whole family
In addition to the shows, "Rue(z) vous" offers immersive experiences for the whole family. Little ones will be enchanted by clowns, puppets and burlesque shows, while adults will enjoy aerial circus performances and acrobatic acts.
