Some of you know the history of our ochre factory, others don't, so we're going to tell you why we're having this party on May 10, 2025! Organized by our Association Poussière d'Ocre, we wanted to celebrate the 60th anniversary of "Poupée de Cire, poupée de son" and pay tribute to Isabelle/Babou, who lived in Pourrain in this family home in the 60s. Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest on March 20, 1965, this song written & composed by Serge Gainsbourg under the musical direction of Alain Goraguer, was watched by millions.
We're devoting a tribute day to the song, with a concert by AUTOUR DE FRANCE, a choir, lectures & signings with NORMAN BARRAIL-GELY and CEES VAN EDE, various events & stands, and an exhibition.... Reservations only
