Every year, in September, rally enthusiasts gather for this race that is part of the Portuguese championship.

The Azores Rally (also known as Sata Rally Azores) is a Portuguese rally event held every year in the Azores, mainly on the island of São Miguel. A legendary event, it offers unique and breathtaking panoramas, particularly on the Sete Cidades stage. Between steep roads, country lanes, views of volcanoes... drivers will have to cover a total of 220 km over 15 stages. For over 50 years, the Rallye des Açores has been thrilling locals and internationals alike over an extended weekend.
