Every year, for two days at the end of August, a folk dance festival is held on the island of Skopelos. Originally held in Glossa, in the north of the island, it now takes place in the Chora and the main port of the island. Traditional dance troupes from Skopelos, Greece and all over the world come together to showcase their costumes, choreography and traditions during this large festive gathering. A unique opportunity to discover music and dances from here and abroad.
