Desayuno bastante pobre.
Poca variación en general.
-Ubicación: Situado en una urbanización privada a las afueras de Manilva justo en el límite con la provincia de Cádiz (vehículo sí o sí).
-Ambiente: muy tranquilo.
-Instalaciones: En términos generales buenas, aunque hay zonas que presentan cierto deterioro por falta de mantenimiento (Iluminación averiada en algunos accesos, Cierres de puertas correderas, etc).
-Vistas: Espectaculares.
