La Crevette Bleue is a responsible, committed and sustainable project initiated by Jean-Marie, a lover of the sea. His objective: to offer products from local, seasonal fishing that respects nature. He has brought together a network of artisanal fishermen who use ethical methods, whether by trap, line, net or diving, an approach that guarantees the preservation of marine ecosystems. Fish, shellfish and crustaceans can be purchased fresh, vacuum-packed, smoked or in prepared dishes, such as mackerel rillettes with preserved lemon, octopus rougail and far noir, or traditional Bretonne-style scallops!
