La Brasserie brews La Chatte blonde, white, brunette and triple. La Chatte was conceived in the village of Neuvillers, whose nickname of the inhabitants, the "tchèts", gave its name to the brewery. This beer was brewed in Neuvillers, a small village in the Ardennes which has a castle called "tchètreuil", hence the nickname "tchèts" (the Nuviè tchèts = the cats of Neuvillers). This nickname fits well with beer. The cat likes to preserve its living place, choose its way and is independent. This is exactly what their beer produces after a few drinks...
