وعند الوصول يجيك موظف وبكل برود يقولك سيارتك مو موجوده تبي نعطيك سيارة صغيرة ونفس القيمة او نكنسل حجزك .. وبنفس الوقت جالس يظبط واحد قدام عيني بسيارتي عبر تلفونه الخاص ..
لا التزام في الحجز
ودفعت مبلغ اكبر على سيارة اقل مواصفات
وغير الانتظار حدود ساعه لين استلمت سيارتي
تجربة سيئة للغاية ارجو التفات ادارة المفتاح للتلاعب في هذا الفرع .. حيث ان فرع مطار الرياض من اهم الفروع

Attention, Whenever you want to booked a car with KEY. Before signing the agreement make sure that all the damages are indicated very clearly with (photos). Specialy take close and clear photos of car head lights for your own record (turn on the head lights before taking photos). Other wise you will be face a penalty of 500 hundreds riyals or more, as I already faced. I didnt face any sandstorm during my last jurney with KEY car. When I returned the car to KEY. The inspector turned on the car headlights and marked on paper that you had damaged the car head lights. While the car head lights were already damaged due to sandstorm. The car was already in used rented !! Take care Gent's have a safe journey.
