CODERS 75 – COMITÉ RÉGIONAL DE LA RETRAITE SPORTIVE

All year round, the clubs of the Comité Départemental de la Retraite Sportive de Paris (CODERS 75) offer half-day walks in Paris or the inner suburbs and one-day hikes to discover a corner of Ile-de-France. Note that moderate walks on easy terrain are preferred, which are adapted to seniors. Required equipment: hiking boots with rising upper and notched soles, picnic backpack and personal belongings. Another proposed activity: Nordic walking. It begins with a quarter of an hour of warm-ups (gymnastic movements), then consists of a 1h30 walk (at 5 km/h average). Halfway through the course, we stop for a stretching and muscle strengthening session. On arrival, muscle stretching is done again for another 15 minutes. Required equipment: Nordic walking poles, low hiking boots with notched soles, light backpack. In all cases, include a drink, energy supplements and dried fruit.

M° Tolbiac
Permanences: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14h30 to 16h30. Other permanence on Tuesdays from 10am to 12pm at the Maison des associations in the 10th arrondissement (206, quai de Valmy - M° Jaurès or Stalingrad). Annual membership: 40 €. Hiking: 20 €. Nordic walking: 20 €. Many other sports activities are also available.

This club is particularly aimed at Parisians from the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th and 17th arrondissements. Open on Tuesdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Annual membership: 44 € Hiking: 20 € Nordic walking: 135 € for one session per week, 225 € for two sessions per week.
