Très désagréable, pas de bonjour, souffle et parle mal aux clients, changer de magasin !!!!! 2 fois qu’ils me perdent un colis que je retournais à Amazon donc pas de remboursement !!

En plus d'un accueil très désagréable, on m'a fait payer mon étiquette d'envoi à 0,50 €, alors que l'impression de l'étiquette est déjà payée par l'acheteur sur Vinted, en cas d'envoi avec Mondial Relay. Pendant que je découpais mon étiquette et essayais de la coller avec le scotch , deux personnes ont été accueillies avec un grand sourire après moi, à qui on n'a rien fait payer et à qui on a imprimé les étiquettes autocollantes
