J'ai laissé mon casque Bluetooth Bose Blietooth dans la pièce, mais malheureusement, leur service des objets trouvés n'a rien enregistré. Il est clair que quelque chose ne va pas avec leur service d'entretien ménager.

Rooms at level 1 have no fridge. In the current 21st century, it's pretty amazing as I would have deemed it as one of many basic amenities of a room. Toilets need to be refreshed as well. Some doors doesn't close fully, some rooms have no ledge hook to hook on

I left my Bluetooth bose blietooth headset in the room, but unfortunately, their lost and found department didn't record anything. Clearly something is amiss with their housekeeping department

I had an issue with the wifi in the room and informed guest services. Within minutes, Thommy the technician arrived, re-seated a cable and solved my wifi issues. 5/5 quick and efficient service, thank you Thommy.
