Hemos ido al Spa con un Bono de Regalo de Cumpleaños, excelente atención, buen trato, dimos un paseo o recorrido por el Hotel y tiene unas vistas preciosas, mucha tranquilidad.
Super gutes Frühstückbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Sauna, Massage, Fitnessraum.

On the downside, the hotel falls short of its claimed four-star status. Dated furniture, a stained living room couch, and wobbly balcony furniture were notable issues. The air conditioning struggled, and our room, advertised with a bath, only had a shower. Numerous TV channels didn't work or were in Dutch and Spanish. Noise from the main road outside affected our sleep. In the spa, water quality raised concerns, and some facilities were poorly maintained. The outside pool's depth made it uncomfortably cold, and sunbeds were in poor condition.
Dining experiences varied, with impressive dinners but lackluster breakfasts. Limited food variety, overpriced drinks, and erratic service in the attached restaurant were drawbacks. The hotel lacked effective security, evidenced by unattended belongings left for days. Maintenance work, a lack of entertainment, and disruptive guests further impacted the experience.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price. Our stay was salvaged by planning activities outside the hotel, but for first-time visitors to the Canary Islands, this choice might spoil the holiday. At half the price, it might be considered, but alternatives in the vicinity would likely offer better value.
Früher haben wir das besondere Flair, die ruhige Anlage, das tolle Ambiente beim Abendessen am Pool genossen. Die Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet, alles war frisch und knackig, eine tolle Auswahl und das Personal war stets zufrieden und sehr zuvorkommend.
Seit Dezember 2023 dann von Top auf Flop !!
Schon am Frühstücksbuffet wurde an der Auswahl gespart, das Obst war mehr wie überreif, Käse schimmelig, Gemüse weit über dem Punkt. Das einst so hervorragende Abendessen wurde "ausgelagert" und an das dem Hotel angeschlossene Restaurant abgegeben. Dort fanden wir ein mageres Buffet, kein frisches Gemüse, täglich die gleichen Speisen vor, stellenweise lieblos als Pfannengerichte zusammengemixt, die Gerichte waren oftmals kalt, Fleisch zäh und trocken. Das Ambient etwas zweitklassig, Gäste 2. Klasse da die Hotelgäste im hinteren, doch eher ungemütlichen Teil des Restaurants "verstaut" wurden.
Die Zimmer werden nicht mehr, teilweise gar nicht gründlich gereinigt. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer ziemlich schmutzig, auf Nachdruck wurde nochmal gereinigt und die Haare und Überbleibsel der Vorgänger weggeputzt.
Fazit ! Sollten wir nochmal dorthin reisen, würden wir auf gar keinen Fall nochmal Halbpension wählen. Das Geld ist das schlechte Essen dort nicht wert. Aktuell suchen wir nach einem Alternativhotel.
