A family activity par excellence, hiking has its flagship event in Moselle. Named "Rando-Moselle", this festival was born in 2007 in the Vosges forests around Saint-Quirin and is now held throughout the department. For about ten days, at the beginning of June, traditionally, tourism professionals and various associations propose multiple theme hikes. Most of the time, they are widely accessible to all and, always, they propose to discover some of the most beautiful paths of the area. On the vineyard paths in the Sierck region, on the banks of the Moselle in the Messin region or to discover some of the remains of the Maginot line near Cattenom.
