The 100 km de Millau, as the name suggests, is a race organized on tarmac roads, every year in Millau. The idea is simple: a first loop corresponds to a marathon, from Millau to Millau via Le Rozier and Peyreleau. Runners can stop there, or choose to continue their route with a return trip from Millau to Saint-Affrique. Participants must be over twenty years of age and complete the route in a maximum of 24 hours.

J'ai assisté à l'arrivée du premier arrivé, le même que l'an dernier , c'était stupéfiant : il a expliqué gentiment pendant une demie-heure sa joie d'être le vainqueur, sans fanfaronnade , un grand champion.
Cette course c'est que du sport, le premier et le dernier gagne la même chose, le diplôme du participant et cette année un couteau laguiole .
c'est ma préférée des manifestations à Millau.
