KHOULO
Go there and contact
The small town of Khoulo, administrative centre of Haute Adjara, is a walled town, which is not irrefutable. We climb in the city centre from the square of the marchroutkas. Above the shopping centre, where there is always a picturesque small market, the street that rises through the adzharians houses passes in front of a very beautiful mosque. A Muslim majority, Khoulo offers an overview of the characteristics of the adzharians; and spectacular views of the valley.
An absolutely sensational cable car allows 50 tétri to spend more than 100 metres above the valley to reach Interpreter, the village on the opposite side. This village is made of traditional wooden houses and has a wooden mosque. If the Soviet cable seems unsafe, it works well, and you will shuttle with the villagers and the actuator of opening and closing doors. Performance assured. Take the cable car next to the stop of the marchroutkas, on the main square.
