mauvais service à la clientèle
Mauvais service à la clientèle. Valise cassée pendant un vol et la compagnie ne prend pas ses responsabilités. Affirme qu'il s'agit de l'usure normale... alors que le dommage est plus qu'évident, malgré photos à l'appui. Aucune ouverture de peur part. Je ne reprendrai plus cette compagnie et ne la recommande pas non plus.
