It took 4 years of titanic construction work to bring this ancient Grasse country house, formerly owned by the Red Cross, back to life and transform it into an exceptional bed & breakfast.
Valérie and Paul Roustan, the owners, fell in love with this unique building steeped in history, and threw themselves passionately into this crazy project. Their renovation program, combining authenticity and modernity, restored the old structures and ensured energy and food self-sufficiency.
