The shortage of personnel in the field of cafés-hotels-restaurants (CHR) affects all of France and poses real problems. Four entrepreneurs from Marseille, professionals of the sector, wanted to bring a solution. The mobile application XTRAS puts restaurant managers in touch with candidates looking for professional missions.
Although the launch focused primarily on the Bouches-du-Rhône region, the platform is available throughout France, and its founders intend to develop it beyond the borders. The missions sought and the skills required can be very specific, in order to meet the needs of everyone. XTRAS also incorporates a mutual evaluation at the end of the mission that allows everyone to progress in a benevolent manner, and can also offer global or specialized training with professionals in the sector in order to improve the well-being at work for all the actors.
