As its name suggests, the restaurant lies on the beach facing the only stilt villas in Dubai - powerful catalysts for Maldives-style beach living. A DJ mixes on sunny days and the terrace, full of people, has a trendy atmosphere at lunchtime, more romantic in the evening. We come especially for the cool atmosphere, the pleasure of swallowing a homemade pizza without leaving our sarong, sharing a truffle burrata salad or a seafood platter. The room at the back is like a veranda, but it would be a shame not to take advantage of the proximity of the water.
