This fish restaurant is run by Jo, a Lebanese from a fishing family in Byblos. He opened his first salmon restaurant in Beirut in 2001. In 2006, he inaugurated Salmontini, a restaurant specializing in home-made smoked salmon. But you can also order sushi. Jo also proposes you to taste the entrecote steak "Saint-Germain des Prés de Paris" with its secret sauce. Finally, the restaurant offers you a unique view of the Dubai ski slope. Something to feast your eyes as well as your taste buds. A classic of the district.

Sushi for starters and then most of us had tenderloin ( fillet) steak which both were amazing and cooked to perfection.. we also chose various sauces which were great.
