Tom & Serg is the story of Tom, an Australian chef, and Serg, a businessman from Madrid. Two and a half years later, they opened this café in the industrial district of Al-Quoz, keen to make their (very good) coffee and healthy, quality food accessible to all. Good food, at an affordable price, in a large space with waxed concrete floors reminiscent of Brooklyn lofts. During the week, lunchtime is packed! A children's menu is available, with a playroom upstairs.

Tom & Serg is where Melbourne meets the Middle East, an industrial-style cafe that prides itself with haute cafe fare and really great coffee, served within a two-floor warehouse-like space, decorated with exposed vents and cement floors.
The kitchen pumps out dishes such as freshly baked banana and hazelnut bread with spiced-maple poached pears and herby lime mayonnaise and pumpkin risotto with grilled tiger prawns. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well.
I really loved their Aussie Benedict - braised beef wagyu | poached eggs | gribiche hollandaise | smoked onion relish
Food is excellent but we are coming back for dinner he service
Again special stars for MJ !
