Highly recommend Heal Cafe for its serene ambiance and exceptional hospitality! Despite almost closing, the staff, especially Chris, went above and beyond to accommodate us. The San Sebastian cheesecake was a delightful treat, adding to the overall experience. A must-visit for anyone seeking a calming atmosphere and top-notch service!

We were assisted by May and we got excellent service. She knew the menu by heart and was very accommodating to take care of our dietary requirements. Spotless.

Food was great, fresh, tasty and healthy.
Well recommended and definitely coming back.

Michelle & Christian are accomodating.
Explained the menu well and recommended the best . We had the honeycake, tiramisu latte and ginger honey lemon tea . Good job and i’ll be back

The staff was so rude. We asked to clean the table and refused because it’s humidity. Also she didn’t want us to get in because it was almost closing time. We left the place. Teach your staff to respect its customers.

Cute little cafe/ restaurant that not only has great tea & coffee but also good food. The service is amazing. Breakfast is super delicious with varied options to choose from. Matcha is also quite good. Highly recommend pro tip: try matcha with coconut milk (:

Such a beautiful cafe!!!
Giving them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the amazing service, the best iced Spanish latte and the most delicious honey cake I’ve ever had.
Just the cafe name “HEAL” already gave me a very positive energy until I asked for their wifi password ????
Thank you!!! What an experience, not an ordinary one!
Will come back for breakfast, soonest ♥️

absolutely stunning place. have tried breakfast in many other cafes in dubai i would give this a 15/10 it was absolutely amazing. smiling staff. amazing atmosphere. and mind blowing coffee

I suppose the first visit was really good for atmosphere, f&b and service.

But the second visit earlier today was not that great especially when the staff chose to upset customers.

Without having to go through a lengthy rant about the situation, let’s put it simply that they are only concerned about their process and not customer experience. Not in one isolated incident but 3 incidents in the same day.

I like the sitting, having comfortable seating and good lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. Very welcoming staff and great communication skills like Jeams who notice once that ti didn’t finish my soup then he knew it was salty and immediately started recommending alternatives as compensation and I told him next time. Today was the next time and he gave me the best lentil soup with balanced ingredients. thanks
