NANDO’S
Based on the legendary Barcelos cockerel, the little restaurant founded in 1987 by Robert and Fernando in the south of Johannesburg has spawned a number of smaller restaurants. In Dubai alone, you'll find three of them. The restaurant has become a global brand. The chicken is flame-grilled and coated with peri-peri chili grown in the sun of Mozambique (the pili-pili of Kinshasa!). Teenagers love it. The atmosphere is very international, and there's something for everyone on the menu. In our opinion, it's excellent value for money in Dubai. The staff are very attentive.
